Abstract: Gynecological cancers pose a significant health threat to women worldwide. Early detection and timely intervention are crucial for improving patient outcomes and survival rates. This review explores the current state of knowledge regarding early detection strategies for common gynecological cancers, including cervical, ovarian, endometrial, and vulvar cancers. We delve into the effectiveness of established screening methods such as Pap smears, HPV testing, and pelvic examinations, as well as emerging technologies like liquid biopsy and molecular diagnostics. Additionally, we discuss the importance of risk factor awareness, lifestyle modifications, and public health initiatives in promoting early detection and prevention. By emphasizing the significance of regular screening, prompt symptom recognition, and advancements in diagnostic techniques, this review aims to contribute to the ongoing efforts to reduce the burden of gynecological cancers.
